FileWave Self Service Kiosk: A Complete Cross-Platform Redesign for 2+ Million Devices
In the redesign of the FileWave Self Service Kiosk, we transformed an application used by over 2 million devices into a modern, multiplatform solution. The project covered all design phases, from in-depth user research to prototyping and iterative testing. The new design was implemented to work seamlessly across Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android.
Our focus was to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that simplifies device management while maintaining high performance and accessibility across platforms. In addition to the visual overhaul, we introduced new functionalities that make it easier for users to find and install apps and updates. The result is a cohesive, cross-platform experience that adapts to the growing needs of FileWave’s diverse user base.
