Enhancing User Experience in Gridcert's Solar Certification Platform
As a designer on Gridcert’s solar certification platform, I contributed to an Agile team focused on enhancing user experience. My work involved conducting interviews with electrical engineers to understand their workflows and pain points.
Using this feedback, I crafted intuitive interfaces that streamlined information access and improved workflows. Collaborating with the Product Owner (PO), we implemented iterative design changes based on user testing.
Our findings were presented to upper management, demonstrating how our user-centered approach not only met customer needs but also strengthened Gridcert's competitive edge in the solar certification market. The result was a robust platform that significantly improved efficiency and user satisfaction.
Outcome of Crafting Gridcert's Platform for Solar Certification
The redesign of Gridcert's platform focused on addressing the complex needs of engineers who require precise data entry for solar certification. We implemented multiple upload areas for documents and tables, enabling users to efficiently manage and submit the necessary information.
